Ingredient List:
· ½ cup plain yogurt
· ½ cup fresh or frozen strawberries
· ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Directions:
Using a food blender, blitz all ingredients until smooth. Pour into ice cube trays or popsicle molds and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours, or until solid.
