Ingredient List:
· 2 tablespoons canola oil
· ¼ cup honey
· 2 cups whole wheat flour
· ½ cup sugar-free applesauce
· 3 tablespoons carob powder
· 2 teaspoons baking soda
· 1 cup warm water
· 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Preheat the main oven to 350°F. Lightly oil 2 mini-muffin tins.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the honey, flour, applesauce, carob powder, baking soda, water and vanilla.
3. Fill each muffin hole with one tablespoon of the batter.
4. Transfer the muffin tins to the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool, before transferring to a baking tray to completely cool before serving*.
*Pup-cakes can be frozen.
